How has the summer flown by?! 🍃As we’re nearing fall, and there will be some schedule changes... I want everyone to know (if you don’t yet) that I’m expecting a little baby boy! 💙

I’ll be limiting my days as the month goes on to about 2 days only: Tuesday and Thursday. Change is happening and as crazy as 2020 has been, I know all my clients will adjust and embrace it 😊

Hello to all; ⚠️ long post but necessary. So far, I haven’t had a strict policy set, but this is something I have to do, as it is becoming more common to cancel or forget an appointment. Effective immediately.

I don’t want you missing out on your service, just as much as you don’t want to, but it is my time that could have been allotted to someone else or been spent with family. PLEASE be respectful and give a days notice (24 hours) to change your appointment. With current situations, if you are sick or feeling unwell, I’m asking to please try and give 6 hours notice.

I will be asking for 25% of your service cost if you do not give 6 hours notice. No-shows will be charged 50% of the service the first time, full price the second. I will be asking for that payment upfront or by keeping a card on file.

I hope you all understand this is just asking for respect for the time I put into every one of my clients. Send a text, an email, DM, anything letting me know you might not make your appointment. I love my job, and you wouldn’t blow off a dermatologist appointment would you? Thank you all for being loyal, listening, and loving your lashes! 💙
