Let’s talk pressure together. I’ve received elbow deep pressure that feels horrible and leaves me sore; however, I’ve also received deep pressure that relieved tension and left me mobile. Tell me about what pressure feels like 👍🏻 what is your body feeling when it’s the ‘right’ depth.
