So me and managed to keep a real life baby human alive for a whole month. A part of me feels like I just blinked and the past 30 days have flown by. And the other half feels like this has been the longest, toughest, most exhausting- yet healing month of my life. I’m not going to sugarcoat it. The 4th trimester is no joke. Learning to navigate motherhood, learning CJs needs while also rehabilitating from HELLP syndrome has been the hardest thing I’ve ever done. But this whole experience has only made me a stronger person and more equipped mama for my lil nug. Every smile, snuggle and poopy face makes it all worth it. All you mamas out there are actual super heros! Happy one month Charlie June 🌻
