one little unsupportive comment your friend made completely destroyed your vision. All the validations you had about fear start to become true, you second guess if you made the right decision, and you go into self sabotage mode. 😭

GIRLFRIEND, allow me to tell you a little secret, the Opinions of others are NONE of your business. Pick yourself up, KNOW the feeling in your heart was right about the "new" thing, and TRUST the Process. 👏🏼

Vision does not need Validation. If you are wanting someone to cheer your vision on, the only thing you're doing is hindering yourself from achieving it. 😬

Sunday Week Prep Date on the plane🤍

In 2023, it’s a mission of mine to create a life where I win in the moment on the daily.

One way to win the moment daily is to plan + prep + time block ahead.

Every Sunday I have a date with my calendar. I write out practices, games, appointments, business calls, work time, me time, family time, what I’ll cook for the upcoming week and then fine each one a home in my calendar.

This strategy keeps you organized + a sense of freedom + gets you into action for the week.

I know there will be great days, mundane days, crappy days, in between days, exciting days, & I don’t expect everyday to be unicorns + rainbows; but what I CAN do is control my actions + my attitude daily.

Focus on your heart attitude behind the action, protecting your time, and you will WIN the moment every time.

1. Jason and I lived in a Camper for 3 months before we moved into our first home. ⛺️

3. Every time I hear a song that was in one of my cheerleading routines, I start marking the routine, doing the dance, & mayyybeeee make a little facial. The cheerleader side will never leave me 🤣💙🐺

I chose to say yes to network marketing and it gave me the opportunity to step away from my full time teaching position so I could live out my dream at home with my babies thennn I started completely over in business where I felt the alignment pull. Now it’s not about me, it’s about YOU! I help you monetize money through health + beauty routines. 🎀👑

6. When Jason proposed, first he asked me to help him kill a bug in the floor. (We are so romantic). 🐞😅

7. Recovering People Pleaser and Proud of the boundaries I’ve set for myself ✨

8.All three of my boys are left handed like me 🖤

9. I have been breastfeeding for 9 1/2 years now & still going strong. 🤱🏼

“when will it be my turn”.....

& then the comparison trap starts to creep up and set in....

It can be overwhelming to seeing others achieve what is on your vision board or hit the goal you are striving for.

While you’re happy for the person, you may think “ i wish my sales looked like hers”, “ when will it be my turn” .....

From someone who has to check herself daily; I get it and I’ve found that comparing your journey to someone else’s is paralyzing. It can stop you in your tracks and actually cause you to take 10 steps back....

Let me encourage you by this:
YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN DO IT THE WAY YOU DO!!!!

Focus on YOU , the goals and growth you’ve set for yourself.

Take the daily action steps to move towards the goal, vision, dream, success you’re going for.

If you have to unfollow or not even look at the leaderboards or shout outs, DO IT. It is healthy to give yourself a peace of mind and the opportunity to take action so you can BE THE BEST YOU and SERVE your friends and family the way you do it.

BEING YOU, Taking ACTION, & keeping your Growth, Goals, and Dreams in front of you will get you winning the moment rather than standing still watching someone else’s story.
