Watching yesterday unfold felt surreal. My husband, , walked away with two pro cards one in bodybuilding and one in men's classic physique - and the Best Poser Award on top of it!

What makes me the proudest isn't the trophies.it's the sacrifice, discipline, and heart that got him there. I've watched him show up day after day, even when it was hard. I've watched him commit to his goals day after day, and it reminds me that every dream whether it's building a strong body or building a small business- grows the same way: one intentional choice at a time.

Happy 37th birthday to the most amazing husband ever! There are many words to describe him including, but definitely not limited to, loyal, honest, compassionate, loving, gentle, funny, fun!, caring, and personable. Titus Walelo can make a stranger feel like a best friend. He has a genuine interest in people and a heart that is so big idk how it fits inside of his body (he'sa pretty big guy though ). He seeks to understand vs aiming to be right. And he LOVES his family. He has brought joy and laughter, safety and comfort to our family. And we are blessed to have him in our lives!
