Lather Green is growing, and we’re looking for a Perfume/Cologne Blending Specialist & Retail Associate to join our Clearwater team!

If you love fragrance, beauty, creativity, customer service, and creating memorable experiences, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As part of the Lather Green team, you’ll help guests create their own signature perfumes and colognes during our Scent Blending Experience, while also assisting customers with our botanical skincare, body care, and fragrance collections.

Position highlights:

💰 $16.25/hour
📍 Clearwater, Florida
🌿 Guide customers through perfume & cologne blending experiences
🛍 Assist customers with retail products and recommendations
🎉 Help host parties, celebrations, group experiences & special events
🧴 Learn about fragrance, skincare & body care
✨ Create a welcoming, fun, elevated customer experience

We’re looking for someone who is personable, dependable, energetic, comfortable speaking with groups, eager to learn, and genuinely enjoys working with people.

Experience in retail, beauty, fragrance, hospitality, events, or customer service is a plus.
