About the Space
Hair Du Soleil is an established, eco-friendly organic beauty salon in Downtown Clearwater. We have a beautifully appointed, fully equipped esthetician room available for rent to an independent contractor whose business aligns with our organic, health-conscious philosophy.
Customers: Own book plus access to salon's customer base. social media campaign for new clients.
Room Details & Amenities
• The Room: A spacious 12' x 12' (144 sq. ft.) private room featuring beautiful lighting and a window.
• Included Equipment: The room comes fully furnished with a treatment bed, necessary equipment, a storage closet, a sink with water access, and cabinetry.
• Products: The room is stocked with Organic Eminence skin care products.
• Shared Amenities: Your rent includes access to a shared waiting room, laundry/towels, kitchen/breakroom, bathroom, Wi-Fi, and ample parking for you and your clients.
Operational Rules & Requirements
• Service Alignment: You must use Organic Eminence skincare products exclusively. Any other organic products must be approved by the salon owner.
• Business Independence: You are an independent business owner. You set your own schedule and have 24/7 access to your room.
• Culture Fit: We are a drama-free, gracious, and kind salon. Your vibe should match ours.
Deal Breakers
• You must be willing to use Eminence and organic skincare products exclusively.
• Selling competing retail products or leaving common areas messy is strictly prohibited.

Position Type: W-2 Employee (Commission/Hourly) or 1099 Booth Rental (Your Choice)
Schedule: Flexible. Set your own hours around your clients.
Salon hours: Tues-Fri 10am-6pm, Sat 9am-2pm (Evenings/other hours by appointment)
