Winter skin care essentials‼️‼️
• A gentle CREAM cleanser
• A chemical exfoliant such as AHA/BHA (pineapple or pumpkin enzyme mask)
• A hydrating toner (rose water or an essence) but if you have oily skin you can skip the toner all together
•SERUMS SERUMS SERUMS!!!!
- Hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, glycerin, ceramides, and squalane are some of the top ingredients that you want to look for in your serums, and if you can get them in their purest form your skin will love you!
•Switch out your light weight moisturizer for a thicker cream moisturizer that contains fatty acids such as ceramides or squalane.
•If you don’t use eye creams this might be the time to start! Look for an eye cream that has peptides, collagen, or/and antioxidants.
