Long time no see!!

In March of last year, I made the move from Granbury to Cleburne, TX, and put my salon life on hold. Being in a new state and not knowing people is freakin hard!

Since then, I have been working remotely for a home health agency, and dedicated my free time to my little family, hobbies, and people I love 👩🏻‍❤️‍👨🏻🐶🐶🐓

I finally found the sweet little space that I can jump start my hair career again! I will be renting a chair part-time at West & Co. Salon in downtown Cleburne (only 2 miles from my house woohoo!)

With it being summer, I do have some vacation plans and prior commitments that I am very excited about, but for the time being I will be taking clients (previous or new!) 1-2 evenings per week, and on weekends!

You can get a balayage-look, by doing a full highlight, here’s proof 😉. This client of mine hadn’t had a full highlight in over a year-maybe even 2! In fact, I’ve never done a full foil on her because I’ve only been seeing her since about august of last year. We were keeping up with her low-maintenance look, and toning darker as well as keeping up with her cuts. She decided it was time for another full foil in order to blend the line of demarcation created by growing out previous blonding👏🏼. When you’ve had multiple full foils in the past and go for a more low maintenance look, growing out your root can tend to look pretty solid brown to solid blonde with no blending if we don’t add low lights or highlights here and there to blend from root to end. Doing a full highlight on her still kept her roots dimensional, since we can only do so many foils at one time, and her roots were months and months of natural virgin hair. We also did a root tap with her natural level toner to blur her root a bit and make it look super natural. This is what created the look of a balayage while doing a full highlight 🤍 swipe for her before
