LATE POLICY

I completely understand that things happen, but please communicate with me if you’re running behind.

Clients who are 5–10 minutes late without contacting me may be considered a no-show, and your appointment may be canceled so that I can stay on schedule for the rest of my clients.

If you know you’re going to be late, please message me as soon as possible. I’ll always do my best to work with you when I have notice.

A little clarification ❤️

I want to address something generally because I value my clients, my business, and the reputation I’ve worked hard to build.

As a business owner, I have the right to decide which appointments and clients I am comfortable taking on. That decision is not discrimination against anyone or their child. Sometimes, for personal or professional reasons, I may choose not to accept a booking, and I am not obligated to provide a detailed explanation for that decision.

I will always treat every child with kindness and respect, and I would never refuse a child because of who they are. At the same time, I’m allowed to set boundaries within my own business and choose the environment I want to work in.

I’m not interested in arguing, gossiping, or putting anyone on blast. I simply wanted to make that clear and continue focusing on my clients, my business, and doing what I love. ❤️
