Simplicity has been closed since December. It’s been a bittersweet time! My heart and soul was poured into this business and it will always be someone am extremely proud of!!
Thank you all for your support over the years. We have formed many relationships over the years and miss everyone of you visiting at our downtown location. I know you are being well cared for as all of my amazing former staff members have continued to service clients from their new places locally. Dear Clients and Friends,

It is with much sadness that I write to inform you that Simplicity will be closing as of December 20, 2019. As many of you are aware, our property has been sold and will be the new location for high-rise student housing. It has truly been an honor and privilege to serve each and every one of you over the years. Our incredible team of employees are putting into place a plan to accommodate their clients at a new location and will be informing each of you personally as of the details that are currently being negotiated for their new space. As for myself, I have decided that it is not ideal for me to relocate Simplicity at this time. However, I do plan on continuing to serve my clients without interruption, and will be letting each of you know in what capacity that will be so that you have the option of continuing your services with me.

I have been blessed with an incredible and talented staff that I will miss tremendously. I have also been blessed with a clientele that has been loyal, gracious, and a pleasure to know and serve. We have built many friendships along the way and are eager to continue to see those grow. We want to thank you for your incredible loyalty and for all the support you have given us over the years! We could not have been the successful salon we are without each and every one of you! Many blessings to each of you and we hope to continue to serve you as we start the next chapter in our lives. Please feel free to reach out to any one of us, myself included, as we will answer any questions we can for you. We hope to make this transition as smooth as possible for everyone.

Before he enrolls at Clemson in January, Daniel High School senior Tyler Venables is guaranteed at least one final high school game in December.

That much was secured Sunday for the Lions’ star quarterback, who was named to the South Carolina roster for the 83rd Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas, which is set for Dec. 21 at Wofford College in Spartanburg.
