**Important Notice Regarding No\-Call/No\-Shows**

Hey everyone, I wanted to send a quick message regarding missed appointments and no-call no-shows

So far this year, I’ve lost approximately $3,000 from appointments that were booked but clients did not show up for. I completely understand that things happen and sometimes plans change. All I ask is that you please give me at least one hour’s notice by calling or texting me if you’re unable to make your appointment. This gives me a chance to offer that time slot to someone else.

If you do miss your appointment without notice, I kindly ask that you send the $20 no-show fee. I’ve rarely enforced or asked for this fee in the past, but unfortunately, nol-call no-shows have become too frequent for me to continue absorbing the loss.

With the busy season approaching, I simply cannot afford to continue losing income from appointments that could have been filled by another client. I know one missed $30 haircut may not seem like much, but over time, it adds up significantly and directly affects my business and my family.

I truly appreciate every one of you and your continued support of my business. Thank you for respecting my time and understanding why this policy is necessary. God bless 🙏🏽

Hey everyone!

First off, I just want to say thank you for choosing me as your barber. You’re the reason I get to do what I love every day. The relationships we’ve built mean a lot to me, and I truly appreciate your trust and loyalty over the years.

As we head into the busiest season of the year, I want to give everyone a quick reminder — please book your Thanksgiving and Christmas appointments as soon as possible. I’ll be putting in extra hours to fit everyone in, but spots will fill up fast.

To help everything run smoothly, please try to arrive 10–15 minutes early for your appointment. Clermont traffic can be unpredictable, and my schedule will be very tight. If you arrive late, I may not be able to take you, and it could be marked as a no-show.

If something comes up and you can’t make your appointment, please let me know at least two hours in advance. There will be a waitlist, and someone else will appreciate the opportunity to take that spot.

I will be taking the day off Thanksgiving day, black Friday, and Christmas Day. If you have recurring appointments that fall on a Thursday or Friday, you will have to reschedule for those days.

This decision wasn’t made lightly. Over time, the costs of tools, products, and maintaining a professional environment have all increased. To ensure I can continue offering the attention to detail, time, and care that you deserve, a small price adjustment is necessary.
