May is mental health awareness month, like many people I often struggle with my own mental health issues, for the longest time I chose to hide them from others out of fear but I have come to the realization that if sharing my struggles can help just one person it’s worth it. I strive for my chair to be a safe place for everyone, for the good, bad, and ugly just know I am here for you, I see you, I am you. If you need to vent, a hug, a shoulder to cry on I am here.
