You had a picture of how things were supposed to go.

And then they didn't.

That gap between the plan and the actual road is where most of us lose ourselves for a little while. It's also, and I mean this honestly, where most of us find out what we're actually made of.

Not because it gets easier. Because you get different.

You keep showing up, on the hard days and the confusing ones, not because you feel strong but because stopping was never really an option for you. And somewhere in all that showing up, something shifts. You start trusting yourself in a way you never had to before.

The one thing I keep coming back to when everything feels out of control: move your body. Not to look a certain way. Because it clears your head when nothing else does, and you cannot drive this road on empty. Take care of the body that's carrying you through it.

The detour that seemed like the wrong turn? It might be building the version of you that the straight road never could have.

Keep going. You've got this.
