A quick note about our pricing & booking policies 🤍

As we continue to grow, we want to make sure our policies are clear and consistent for everyone.

REGULAR PRICING QUOTES
Regular service pricing quoted through messages, consultations, or conversations is valid for 7 days. If an appointment is not booked within those 7 days, current pricing at the time of booking will apply.

MONTHLY SPECIALS & PROMOTIONS
Promotional pricing is valid only during the advertised promotional period.

If an appointment is booked using a monthly special and is later rescheduled into a different month, the previous month’s promotional pricing will not be honored. The appointment will be subject to regular pricing or any applicable promotion available during the month in which the appointment takes place.

MODEL PRICING
Model pricing is first come, first served and valid for 24 hours from the time it is offered.

We occasionally offer model pricing for specific treatments, training, content, or provider needs. These opportunities may pop up randomly and have very limited availability.

Receiving a model quote does not reserve a model spot. The appointment must be booked within 24 hours to receive the quoted rate, and once our available model spots are filled, model pricing is no longer available.

LASH FILLS VS. FULL SETS
A lash fill requires at least 50% of your lash extensions to be remaining at the time of your appointment.

If you arrive with less than 50% remaining, a full set will be required and you will be charged the current full-set price.

A fill is intended to replace extensions that have naturally shed between appointments. When the majority of the extensions are gone, the additional time and product required are equivalent to performing a new set.

If you are unsure whether you have enough lashes remaining for a fill, please send us a photo before your appointment and we will be happy to help!

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

Our appointment availability is extremely limited, and our providers are booked out in advance. When an appointment is canceled at the last minute or someone doesn’t show, we often aren’t able to fill that time with another client who was ready and willing to come in.

We completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. However, in order to remain fair and consistent with every client, our cancellation policy must be applied across the board.

PRICING CONFIRMATION
We are always happy to confirm the current price of your service before booking or before your treatment begins. We want every client to know exactly what to expect.

As a growing small business, our services, product costs, provider availability, monthly promotions, and pricing can change. These policies allow us to remain consistent and fair across the board rather than handling pricing differently from client to client.
