I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment or you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If you no-show, you will be charged 100% of the service before you can rebook. If you no-show 3 times, you will be required to pay a deposit to book another appointment. This deposit will be credited towards your entire service. Failure to show to your appointment, you will not be refunded the deposit. I have a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will have to reschedule and will be charged the 50% before you can book again. I do not offer refunds; however, if you’re unsatisfied with your service, you must contact me within 48 hours from when your service was performed and you must be rescheduled to come back in within 7 days. I will try my best to accommodate you in any way I can. Thank you for your understanding. By booking with me, you agree to abide by these policies listed above.
