For years we've had our landline at the salon with Straight talk and without consulting us they disconnected our line, and the salon number went back into the phone bank. Reason I was given was because our box 3G was out of date and we needed to upgrade. We have decided that since most of our clients contact us by our personal cell numbers anyway that we will not reestablish a landline for the salon. Please contact us by call, text, or even messenger for your appointments. Thank You!

With the rising costs of products and extra expenses during the Covid-19 pandemic we ask that our Southern Roots family please understand that we always strive to provide the best products and services for each of you as well as implementing extra precautions for the safety of our guest and our staff. Therefore with much consideration their will be a slight increase in prices of some services we offer. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Hey guys! Just wanted to remind everyone of the guidelines we MUST follow as we re-open the salon. Please be respectful and courteous to others and follow the rules! We have worked hard disinfecting every part of the salon to keep you and ourselves healthy, safe, and to also meet all CDC regulations. We all have to work together and hopefully we can get back to normal soon. We can not wait to see everyone.

Hey gals and guys! If you have called and or text me and I have not replied back PLEASE know I'm not ignoring you. I have just been overwhelmed with getting the salon and the Palace ready to reopen (we have pulled it apart to disinfect every nook and cranny) and running around everywhere gathering supplies to make sure we are prepared and meet all CDC guidelines! Everyone should hear from me at some point tomorrow! Thank You to all that have been patient with me and understand it's been a challenge juggling around the unknown. Hello SRS family! Just wanted to give everyone an update.
We have heard of a reopening date which will be much sooner that the expected date of May 29th. However, the regulations which have been set for us to follow have NOT been released just yet. Please continue to be patient with us as we wait for those guidelines.
We can not wait to see everyone!

Hello SRS FAMILY!!! Per Governor Lee's speech today, they will NOT allow Salons to re-open on May 1st when other businesses are phasing in. I'm sorry to say ALL appointments we had previously made will be canceled. WE will reach out to each of you once we have a CONFIMED RE-OPEN DATE with all the requirements from CDC. I'm so Sorry once again for the inconvenience this may have cause, and we ask that our SRS family to continue being patient and PRAY for our industry right now. We miss each of you and absolutely can not wait to see your lovely faces.
