Mann Power Fitness is a personal training company ran and operated by Alex Mann, a certified personal trainer through ACSM.
5,000 followers... wow, 𤊠đđť
If youâre new here, welcome! I thought this was the perfect time to introduce myself.
I started Mann Power Fitness because I saw too many busy people struggling to prioritize their own health.
Not because they didnât know âwhatâ to do...
But because they didnât have the structure or accountability to stay consistent.
Thatâs why my coaching is built around three things:
đŞ Customized training
đĽ Flexible nutrition
đ¤ True accountability
No crash diets. No quick fixes. Just a sustainable system that helps busy people lose body fat, build strength, and feel like themselves again.
Iâm so grateful youâre here and excited to be part of your journey.
Welcome to the Mann Power Fitness community! đ
If your core workouts are starting to feel too easy... itâs time to level up. đ
Stop making your abs do less than theyâre capable of.
Try these swaps instead:â¨â
Bench reverse flys â Plank bench reverse flysâ¨â
Deadbugs â Lying cable deadbugsâ¨â
Plank pull throughs â Bear plank pull throughsâ¨â
Side planks â Cable side planks
These variations force your core to resist rotation, stabilize under load, and work harder through every repâŚ.not just survive another set
Remember: a stronger core isnât about doing more crunches. Itâs about making your core work harder during every movement.
đž Save this for your next workout.â¨đŹ Which swap are you trying first?â¨đ Follow for Part 4 and more ways to train smarter, not longer.
The clients who get the best results arenât perfect.
They donât nail every workout.
They donât eat perfectly every day.
They donât wait until Monday to âstart over.â
Theyâve learned to make the next best decision instead of giving up after one bad meal or missed workout.
One choice wonât make you healthier.
One choice wonât ruin your progress either.
But the choices you make after you slip up? Those are the ones that change everything.
Stop chasing perfection.
Start building consistency.

Not all victories show up on the scale.
When Jeani joined me, her goal wasnât just to lose weight. She wanted to be stronger, move better, and stay independent as she gets older.
Hereâs what sheâs accomplished since starting June 20th:
⢠A1C: 9.0 â 7.0
⢠Cholesterol: 201 â 114
⢠Clothes fitting looser
⢠Stronger, more mobile, and feeling better every week
⢠Eating whole foods with cravings nearly gone
Then she sent me this message:
âIâm crying!! Thank you for saying yes to helping me!â
This is why I do what I do. Itâs about changing lives, not just changing bodies.
Proud of you, Jeani. Keep crushing it!!!!!

Most people think the rower is only for cardio...
Theyâre missing out on one of the best pieces of equipment for building a stronger core. đ
Instead of finishing your workout with another 100 crunches, try these 4 exercises:
â
Rower Knee Tucksâ¨â
Rower Pikesâ¨â
Rower Plank Step Downsâ¨â
Rower Body Saws
The unstable surface forces your abs, obliques, and deep core muscles to work overtime to keep you stable, making every rep count.
Add 2â3 of these to the end of your workout for 2â3 rounds and thank me later. đŞ
đ Which one are you trying first?
đž Save this for your next core workout and send it to your gym partner.
A little glimpse into my day. đ
Nothing fancyâjust showing up, staying consistent, and doing the things that move me forward
The results you want are built in the routines you set
The boring stuff is what gets the results.
Not the âperfectâ workout. Not the newest program.
Not the workout that leaves you crawling out of the gym.
Itâs showing up... even when you donât feel like it.
The workouts where youâre tired after work.
The days youâre busy.
The mornings you almost hit snooze.
The sessions that donât feel impressive.
Those are the ones that add up.
Most people think transformation comes from doing something extraordinary.
It doesnât.
It comes from doing ordinary things consistently for long enough that they become part of who you are.
If youâve been struggling to stay consistent because life always seems to get in the way, youâre not lazyâand you definitely donât need more willpower.
You need a plan thatâs built for real life.
If you want to see the exact system I use with my clients to stay consistent without living in the gym or giving up the foods they love, comment âCONSISTENTâ below or send me a DM.
Iâll send it over.
You donât need an entire ab workout to build a stronger core. đ
A few simple exercise swaps can challenge your core while youâre already training, making your workouts more efficient without adding extra time.
Save this for your next workout so you can try these swaps.
And follow for Part 4âIâve got more simple upgrades coming.
Most people donât need another meal plan or workout.
They already know what they should be doing.
What theyâre missing is a plan they can actually stick to when work gets crazy, the kids get busy, or life gets in the way.
You shouldnât have to give up date nights, vacations, or your favorite foods just to get results.
The goal isnât to be perfect.
Itâs to be consistent.
If consistency has been your biggest struggle, comment CONSISTENT below and letâs talk.

Ever gone for a run in the summer and wondered why your âeasy paceâ suddenly feels impossible?
Youâre not imagining it.
When temperatures rise, your body has to work overtime just to keep itself cool.
That means your heart rate climbs faster, you sweat more, fatigue earlier, and recovery can take longer.
The goal isnât to push through the heat, the goal is to train smarter
Adjust your pace, stay hydrated, and remember that effort matters more than pace on hot days! âď¸ đĽľ
