Join us for an evening of Divine Remedy Hypno-Style Breathwork at Take Root Studio in Cleveland, TN — a powerful inward journey designed to help you release, reset, reconnect, and come back home to yourself.

We’ll begin with 15 minutes of gentle grounding yoga with before dropping into a deep guided breathwork experience led by .lmt

No experience needed. Just come as you are. 🤍

This work has the power to quiet the noise, move stuck energy, reconnect you to your body, and create space for clarity, healing, emotional release, and nervous system reset.
