Five years ago, Samantha stood at our front desk. Answering phones, greeting guest and being an overall incredible coordinator.

I don’t know if she even knew then where this journey would take her. But I saw it. The way she cared. The way she paid attention. The way she wanted more for herself. I quickly jumped on the opportunity to have her assist and teach her the ins and outs of doing hair. The Green Opal way. After a year she was promoted to stylist and she’s been killing it behind the chair ever since.

Watching her step behind the chair for the first time feels like yesterday… and now she carries herself with a quiet confidence and some incredible skill.

From front desk, to assistant, to stylist. Samantha, your five years here have been incredible. Being able to witness that kind of growth inside these walls is exactly why I do what I do. I am so endlessly proud of you. Not just for what you do, but for who you’ve become.
