Alright my friends, I've never wanted to do this, but due to too many new clients doing a no-show or texting the morning of their appointments to call off, we need to instate cards on file when you book an appointment on Booksy. Please understand that when you make an appointment with a small business, that time is indeed money. It isn't personal, it's business. We are no different than the doctor's office who will charge no matter what when you violate their policy. If you're sick the day before, please don't 'wait and see how you feel in the morning', just text us and we can get you rescheduled asap. We greatly appreciate your understanding ❤️
