✨ A new chapter for Adapt Fitness ✨

To our Adapt Fitness yoga family — as Adapt prepares for their move to the beautiful new location at 20 Wood Road, Units 9 & 11 in Round Lake, the gym will be closed this week during the transition.

As part of the Adapt family, we’ll still gather together this Friday at 1:00 PM for Chair Yoga at Angels Beauty Spa while the new space is being prepared.

Beginning June 5th, yoga classes will resume at the new Adapt Fitness location every Friday at 1:00 PM. 🧘‍♀️

Adapt Fitness has always been more than just a gym — it’s a place where people support one another, grow stronger together, and create a positive community that feels like family. So many memories were created in the original space, and we’re excited to continue this journey together in the new home of Adapt Fitness.

Wishing our entire Adapt family a smooth move this week — we can’t wait to welcome everyone into this exciting next chapter. 💛

While the snow piles up outside, turn your home into a cozy retreat! 🧖‍♀️ You can’t make it to Angels Beauty Spa today, so here are a few ideas for some self-care while you wait for the storm to pass:
Relaxing Bath: Add some epsom salts and essential oils to a warm bath to soothe muscles and de-stress.

Gentle Stretching or Yoga: Stay active indoors with some light movement.

Make a homemade sugar body scrub to exfoliate and moisturize skin. The basic formula consists of a 2:1 ratio of sugar to oil; 1 cup sugar, ½ cup Oil: Coconut oil (solid or liquid) is most popular, but olive oil, almond oil, or jojoba oil work well.
Optional, add 10-20 drops of essential oils lavender, peppermint, lemon or 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
Mix sugar and oil until the consistency resembles wet sand.
Massage onto damp skin in circular motions, then rinse thoroughly. Always exfoliate before shaving to prevent skin irritation.
