You have been carrying so much for so long, showing up every single day even when you had every reason not to, pushing through things that nobody around you even knew were happening, smiling when you were breaking, functioning when you were falling apart, and still somehow making it to the other side.

That is not small. That is not ordinary. That is the kind of strength that most people will never fully understand because they never had to dig that deep just to survive a Tuesday. You didn't just get through it, you got through it while still trying to be good, still trying to be kind, still trying to hold it together for everyone else around you. That deserves to be acknowledged.

So if nobody in your life has stopped long enough to tell you, let this be that moment. You are doing so much better than you give yourself credit for. The fact that you are still here, still trying, still choosing to keep going even on the days when giving up felt easier, that is everything. Be proud of that. Be gentle with yourself the way you have been gentle with everyone else. You have earned every good thing that is coming your way, and it is coming, don't you dare stop now. Keep going. You are so much closer than you think.
