What are your resolutions that just don’t seem to stick? We MIGHT be one of those people, who crowds the yoga class with all our over-zealous intentions for about the first six weeks of 2019. It’s just that some New Year’s resolutions are so! hard! to! keep! And we should know, we’ve been ”training for a marathon” every January for YEARS now.
The one resolution we stay committed to is our healthy YL lifestyle because it's just so easy!

What are your plans for New Year’s Eve? Every December 31st we love to spend hours in the kitchen preparing a special dinner party for our very dearest friends. There’s no better way to ring in the new year!
