We now offer private 25-minute Infrared Sauna + Red Light Therapy sessions, and if you’ve been curious about red light therapy or wondered what an infrared sauna is actually like, we’re going to start sharing a LOT more about it.
Over the next few weeks, we’ll be answering questions, sharing tips for your first session, talking about the difference between infrared and a traditional sauna, showing you some of the features inside our sauna, and breaking down all the things people ask us about when they come into the shop.
