I’ve always loved Dolly & everything she represents—hard work, kindness, staying true to yourself, & lifting others up. Getting to incorporate a little “9 to 5” & “What Would Dolly Do?” into the salon’s parade float was so much fun & felt perfectly Steer Style.

Even with the rain, over 100 kids came out to be part of our event! We were so blessed to be able to provide free clothing, hygiene kits, school supplies, ice cream cones, and Sno Cones, along with FREE haircuts. 🥹

Seeing all of the smiling faces made every minute of planning and hard work worth it. This event was about so much more than a haircut — it was about helping local kids feel confident, cared for, and ready to take on a new school year.

We are so incredibly thankful to everyone who donated, volunteered, supported, and showed up for our community. It truly takes a village, and ours showed up BIG — rain and all! 🤍

Over 100 kids. One amazing community. So many reasons to be grateful. 🫶🏼

Dolly was so much more than an icon. She was a woman who used her voice, her kindness, and her success to inspire generations. She showed us that you can be wildly successful and still remain humble, gracious, and true to who you are.

She made people laugh, gave people hope, opened doors for others, and reminded us that there is always room for a little more kindness in this world.

May we all leave a little bit of Dolly behind wherever we go — loving others, lifting people up, working hard, staying humble, and never forgetting where we came from.

Thank you for giving us so much, Dolly. Your music, your heart, and your legacy will live on forever. 🤍
