Massage Therapy is eligible for reimbursement through most FSA's and HSA's.

Some do require a Letter of Medical Necessity from your doctor, but this means you can potentially be reimbursed from your insurance for your massage!

I can’t help but be so overwhelmingly grateful for each and every one of you for helping me make this such an amazing year.

My absolute favorite thing to do for you all during this cold time of year is a yummy Shea Butter wrap!

The treatment starts with dry brushing the entire body. Then shea butter is applied with long massage strokes. You are then wrapped in a warm cocoon and given a calming scalp/neck massage.

You can add on a massage facial to this service for $50 extra making it a full on luxury experience leaving you feeling entirely renewed.

My. Goodness! It got cold quick.

I can’t believe we are already seeing snow in the mountains and such cold temperatures. It’s definitely time to break out the winter coats. Which also means, I’ll be firing up my hot stones to add onto any massage!

If you’ve never experienced a heated stone massage, you are missing out, my friend. The heat from the stones adds an extra warmth to relieve muscle tension and help knots get the message to relax! And the added body warmth you get from them is just an amazing added bonus when it’s this cold out.

And just since I know you’ll love them just that much, for the months of October-December you can add on hot stones to any Massage for only $20! (Normally $30.)
