We have two bodies - light and physical, both need nurturing. Nourish from within. Juice the fruits, add the avocado and blend, yummy:
- 2 apples
- 1/2 lime leave pith but remove skin
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1/4 pineapple
- 1/2 avocado
- tsp Spirulina
- tsp Barley Grass

Reflecting on rejection. This quote is so true (thanks for sharing). We do deserve love from others but importantly we deserve a share of the love that we give away. We spend so much of our energy giving love and forget that we also need to give that love to ourselves. I expect things of myself that I would never demand of others. This little quote is so appropriate for me at the moment in another way. I have been rejected many times in my life, by partners yes but also by some members of my family. Since childhood if I was pushed aside or ignored I would try extra hard to give even more love in order to win back their love for me. This reaction to rejection was reinforced because it often worked. Once I had given all I had to give they would talk to me again, usually as if nothing had happened. This led me to believe that I must have done something wrong but I was now forgiven and therefore worthy of being loved again. I’m facing this lesson now as it’s being presented again and I can no longer ignore this self imposed belief and pattern of behaviour. I’ve been ghosted and my immediate reaction was to keep reaching out and trying, trying and trying to earn back their attention. Well no more. I respect their decision to cut me out their life, I take back my power, I forgive them, thank them for the lesson and I give myself the love I would be giving them to help my heart heal so that I can be open to receive new love.

If I could create a self portrait it would be this masterpiece by . Excited (and a little scared!) to launch my new career as a Holistic Spiritual Counsellor. Incredible the routes we are taken on. I wanted to be a Pilot and then a Doctor. I left home at 16 and took a job as an office Receptionist to pay my bills. That turned into a career travelling the world as a Management Consultant. Which led me to live in the 🇺🇸. A broken ankle gave me the break I needed to see I didn’t enjoy my job and I opened and became a Floral Designer. Then came death staring me in the face. Hard to face that and not reflect on all that has come before and all you want to welcome ahead. So here I am, creating a new purpose that encompasses all I have experienced and learned thus far into a role that will hopefully help others along their bumpy, twisted and unexpected paths 🙏🏻 GO Blossom!
