Golden Valley Serenity Spa

New Cancellation Policy 🤍

We value each and every one of our clients and appreciate the opportunity to care for you. To help us continue providing the best possible service and to respect the time of our service providers, we are implementing a new Cancellation & No-Show Policy.

Beginning 8/24/2026 a valid credit/debit card must be kept on file in order to schedule an appointment.

✨ Our policy is as follows:
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
• After two same-day cancellations, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.
• No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

We understand that unexpected situations happen, and we truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy allows us to better serve our clients and ensures that appointment times are available to those who need them.

Thank you for respecting our time and the time of our amazing service providers. We appreciate your continued support of our spa! 🤍✨
