I’ve been needing some more herbal body care in my lineup! 🌱

This lotion is made using a botanical oil infusion of wild violet leaves foraged right here on the farm.

My favorite thing about this cream is that it combines my love for both herbal and tallow skin care. 🐄

In herbalism, violet leaves are known for their mucilage content and cooling energetics, meaning they’re perfect for soothing and hydrating.

Once I created a strong extraction of their constituents in extra virgin olive oil, I formulated a rich and velvety lotion that aimed to highlight the botanicals.

That’s where the ever so slight green tint of this cream comes from!

Also included in the formula is tallow along with skin loving humectants and conditioning agents.
I love combining the healing powers of both plants and animals!

Since this is a true water-based lotion, not only does it lock in moisture and repair the skin barrier, it actually adds hydration to the skin. 💦

It is scented with blood orange and patchouli essential oils. 🤤

Suitable for hands, body and face. Use it all over!

This is also the largest jar of lotion I have available with a net weight of over 4 ounces! Since this is just a limited release, I figured I might as well go big so it lasts you a while. Maybe ‘til the next limited release! 🤗

A little goes a long way. This is the perfect skin remedy to get us through the winter. 🥶

Tomorrow is supposed to be our last time at the Lyons Farmers Market for the year, but not if the weather is gonna be cruddy! 🌧️
