Panera, you gotta be kidding me

Greaaaaat Morning My Good People!

This scripture is one of my absolute favorites because it is a promise that God does not start things He does not intend to finish. He began a good work in you and that work includes your health, your healing, your transformation, your journey toward the body He designed you to have.

And He will carry it on to completion because He is a finisher! So praise God you are not in this by yourself. The same God who started this thing in you is committed to seeing it through. And you know what? He is not going to get tired of you and He will not give up on you.

So as we close out this month, I want you to be confident. Not in your strength and willpower or your plan, but confident in the God who began this work in you.

He is not done with you yet. So keep going and watch what God completes in you!

This life is doable! A different day same routine. But this time I wasn’t alone. I was joining by Vanessa Hall. Vanessa has joined the RO-Boat and she’s already getting great results. And, her husband is benefiting on the overflow!

Today was day one of my helping her to transform her body. I had already decided that it would be a late day. We just did 45 minutes of cardio, and five strength training exercises to include core strength. See below for the breakdown:
-45mins walk on treadmill @3.5mph @4% incline
-Air Squats x 25 reps x 3 sets
-Push-up Hold x 45 secs x 3 sets
-In & Outs x 45 secs x 3 sets
-Push-Ups x 20 reps x 3 sets

That’s it y’all! She survived her first workout with me!

She’s gonna feel it tomorrow though! 😜

Greaaaaat Morning My Good People!

I want to talk to the person who has received a scary health diagnosis. Or maybe you have been dealing with a health condition for so long that you have started to believe this is just your life now. Maybe somebody told you that you would be on medication forever, or that your body would never heal. I need you to hear what God says about that.

He says He knows the plans He has for you. And those plans are for good, they include you having hope and a future. So that means your diagnosis does not get the final say. Don’t allow the medical report to be the final word because God has a plan for your body that goes beyond what any doctor can see on a chart. God sees the full picture.

Now I also want to be clear, I am not telling you to ignore your doctors or throw away your medication. I just want you to refuse to let fear and a label become who you are and what happens to you. God’s plan for your good is still in motion.

So today, I want you to hold onto hope. Hold on to the true word of God which says your future is in His hands and He has already planned for it to be good.

Your best health days are not behind you. According to Jeremiah 29:11, they are still ahead of you! In Jesus’ Name!
