📢 No Show/No Call, and Late Cancellation Policy Update.

We love taking care of you! And we totally understand that life happens. To help us better serve everyone and keep our schedule flow running efficiently for staff as well as for those on our waitlist, we have simplified our no show/no call & cancellation policy.

What’s changing?
• Cancellation Window: We now kindly request a full 24 hours' notice for cancellations for all appointments.
• Flat 50% Fee: No Shows/No Calls & late cancellations will result in a flat 50% charge of the total service(s) that were booked.
• Late Arrivals: We may need to shorten the duration of your service if you arrive late. Arriving over 15-minutes late may require us to reschedule your appointment.

We know life happens! If an unexpected emergency pops up, please call us as soon as possible. Our team is always happy to help you reschedule your session when possible, to avoid any fees.

Thank you so much for your understanding, your cooperation, and your continued support. We can’t wait to see you at your next visit!🤍💆‍♀️✨
