***Cancellation Policy***
Due to high volume of no-shows & last minute cancellations, I am implementing a cancellation policy. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you are unable to arrive for your scheduled appointment, 24 hour notice is appreciated so that I may offer the time slot to another client. I understand that emergencies do happen, and I will take that into account when implementing this policy. With that being said:
The second time you miss an appointment without 24 hour notice, it will result in a 50% service charge and you will be required to pay half of your service when you make your appointment. The third time you miss an appointment without 24 hour notice, it will result in a 100% service charge and you will be required to pay the full amount of your service when you make your appointment. After that, I will no longer schedule appointments for you, you will be on a walk-in basis only. Please be aware that although doing nails is my passion, it's also how I make my living.
