Worth has been such a blessing behind the scenes here 🔥✨ He has been helping me navigate the website, and prepare a new opportunity for membership here at AllLove Wellness 🌷🌷 Besides that he started teaching a Gentle yoga on friday nights, to offer a place for people that want wind down from the week in a positive way 🪷 Tonight’s class is at 5pm! He’ll be taking a little break from classes after today, but plans to return mid October!

Tonight’s class is donation based and only 60 mins to allow you to free your hips and feel better all weekend 🙏🏼✨ I’ll post the sign up below ⬇️

Floating Sound bath at Cirque Wonderland Studios is coming around again this Sunday 🥰🥰 5pm is SOLD OUT & 6:15pm has a handful of spots left! This experience is so relaxing 😌 Imagine laying in a hammock, while I bring the singing bowls and other instruments all around 🧚🏼‍♂️ If you struggle laying on your back in sound baths, this literally feels like you’re floating 🌷🌷Most people share having the best sleep ever after this experience!!
