⚠️ A Friendly Reminder About My Cancellation Policy
As we head into one of the busiest times of the year with back-to-school appointments, I need to be more consistent with my cancellation policy.
Effective immediately, any no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in an 85% cancellation fee.
I completely understand that emergencies happen. However, last-minute cancellations often leave appointment times that I can't refill, especially during this busy season.
Thank you for understanding, respecting my time, and supporting my small business. I truly appreciate each and every one of you, and I can't wait to see you in my chair! ❤️
