Hi! Friendly reminder for this upcoming “busy” season.

I ask for 24 hour notice to cancel/reschedule to avoid cancellation fees (50% of the services booked charged to the card on file). No shows result may result in up to 100% charge of the services booked.

If you know you’re going to be late/hit traffic, shoot me a text (319-750-9709) or leave me a quick voicemail if you’re driving. I give a 5 minute grace period before the appointment will be canceled and above policies will be applied. (Sometimes, rarely, I am still able to accommodate late clients, but it may result in an incomplete wax as to not cut into my time with the client after you.)

Why are these policies in place?

Without given proper notice, I am unable to fill the slot with other clients. Sometimes I have a waitlist and if I can’t give them proper notice, they won’t be able to make it either
