I am so excited to finally share the news that the clinic has sold & will be opening ✨Lovely Aesthetics Med Spa✨ in place of Bellissima Medical Spa💕

It has been one of the greatest adventures of my life to open and own my own clinic and that never would’ve been possible without the support of this amazing community!! I am so beyond grateful for each and every one of you. It is soo bittersweet to say goodbye, but Austin and I cannot wait for our next adventure!🇮🇹 Christine is a highly experienced Nurse Practitioner and we know she is going to do incredible things. We’re so so happy Clovis will still have an amazing med spa to take care of you all❤️

We are PCSing next month and I’m trying to find someone that wants to “buy” my clinic! I would like to leave everythinggg there (aside from my product) so it’s walk-in-ready for you, and hassle free for us🤣

I do lease the building (~1200 square feet/ 5 rooms… one has a storage closet for product, two are just empty rooms, one is more of a break room with fridge/sink/full wall of cabinets & one is double the size of other rooms with another sink/cabinets installed. There are 2 doors for this room so it has potential to be two rooms if you put up a wall.). The landlord is amazinggg and to try and help us sell the business has negotiated the lease down... If someone takes over from us she will build to market price over 2 years (the new lessee will save $2,700.00+ over that period) rather than starting at market price if we closed/someone came in right after we left. We fully renovated the building 1 year ago and it’s just been me & my clients there so everything is like new/hardly used at all! Location is also great!! Right next to the new nail salon (Oasis) and a hair salon (studio M) and nutrition place (Rise) so there’s a lot of foot traffic in the area alone.

Selling either just the walk-in-ready clinic (so you form an entirely new business) or my actual business where in addition to the clinic items you’d get my established name/LLC, patients, social media accounts, & website.

This beautiful girl came to me with what some would say were already *perfect* lips… we talked, then talked some more😉 & finally decided to send it and do the full syringe💉!
