Hi everyone, I’m Amanda, owner of Amanda Hyde Skin in Clovis. I’m a licensed esthetician with 21+ years of experience, specializing in customized facials, chemical peels, acne support, anti-aging treatments, and professional skincare routines tailored to each client’s skin.

YES, you need sunscreen indoors.
This is one of the most common things I have to re-educate people on.
You’re not just exposed to “sun.”
You’re exposed to light all day.
Windows.
Screens.
Ambient light.
It’s constant, it’s cumulative, and it shows up later as pigmentation, inflammation, and premature aging.
And if you’re dealing with acne or rosacea, skipping sunscreen will keep you stuck longer than you think.
I got serious about sunscreen 10 years ago.
I work in a dark room and still wear two tinted sunscreens every single day.
