Thank again to all of you who support me and my concoctions. I really do put my heart in to everything and it means so much to share them with you. Whether you like, comment, share, purchase or refer, it all means so much. You have all really kept me going the past few months, in more ways than one. For 20 years I have been creating cosmetics, skin care and fragrances by hand and this is the year that it has filled my heart the most. It only gives me more motivation and passion to keep doing more and more and to just make it happen Cap 'N'. 😉😉

Boudior doesn't have to be n**e or lacey to be sexy. Sometimes off the shoulder sweaters or soft textures are just as amazing and if you are a bit shy, they are a great way to start your shoot. 😉🥰🤩

In a time where so much is out of our hands and confusion lurks around every corner, let's head in to the weekend with some positive vibes and not lose focus.
I am proud of you and I know you can keep on keepin' on. Let's take a deep breath, clear our minds and enjoy the weekend.
This week the littles and I started yoga and it has been amazing. Steering away from the negativity, while clearing my mind, has truly helped me get my focus back.
