This video was taken in the town of Three Rivers, a few miles outside the Sequoia National Park boundary, by an NPS employee on their way out of town as the Middle Fork of the Kaweah River rose and threatened their home. Reminder that both Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks are currently closed to visitation. The roads around the parks are very hazardous and in places impassable, and it is still raining hard. We strongly advise against any attempt to travel to the area affected by this storm.
