Hey my beautiful people! I just wanted to put out a friendly reminder due to the excessive cancellations and no shows this week (all color appointments). I don’t have a strict deposit and cancellation fees (just a three strikes, then deposit rule) because I truly understand things happen that’s life! We get sick, our pets get sick, weather and car issues and who needs their hairdresser making it worse! With that being said I’d appreciate the same respect back. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours or less I can most likely not fill it. This is very frustrating when it’s not unforeseen circumstances. Could you imagine being told your paycheck will be cut in half because of poor planning and inconsideration? It would suck and you’d be upset, maybe you won’t be able to pay a bill now etc. So in a nut shell I don’t want to have to take deposits and charge fees because when you’re sick I want you to stay home, when your pet is sick I want you to bring them to the vets, I don’t want you to stress about your car repairs and if others can’t be considerate due to poor planning, forgetting, or just wanting to play on a nice day , I totally won’t be able to do so. I know life gets in the way and gets crazy, that’s why I’m just giving a little reminder so you can see my perspective. Sending love to you all as always!!! ❤️❤️❤️
