I went in for a dip like I always had
I asked the man to trim my cuticles.
I come here once every 2/3 weeks. It's always $40.
I go to register. Lady says "$55 please"
Hmm why? Ask for manager.
Manager YELLS AT ME in front of the entire salon, like screaming at me that because I got my cuticles trimmed it's $15 more.
"Nobody EVER told me that sir, if they had I would not have gotten"
Manager continues screaming at me. I ask him 3 times to stop screaming at me, as I'm being very nice telling him that I'm not paying $15 more if nobody told me.
He said sorry next time I know and I have to pay him, or he's calling the cops, as he's still screaming at me.
Everyone in there was looking at this man screaming at a customer threatening to call cops because HE didn't tell me it's more money. I'm all about customer service, and Was just really wrong
