One of the questions I always get asked is how often should my hair extensions be replaced? 🤔 Well cared for extensions typically last around a year… HOWEVER, towards the end of your extension’s lifespan, changes in length, density, and color, especially for my icy blonde babes, are completely NORMAL. These changes can occur for many reasons: 🌞 Exposure to saltwater/chlorine while swimming 🌞 Hard water from your shower 🌞 Excessive heat damage from styling 🌞 Rough handling during brushing 🌞 UV damage 🌞 Use of hair products not suitable for extensions Your hair extensions go through just as much, if not more, wear and tear as your real hair does. It’s important to treat your extensions with the same love and care as you would your natural hair. Something we have talked about for years but have never followed through with, is our cancelation/late policy. Due to the increase of no-show and late appointments we will now have the following policy in place:
*Late - if you are 15 or more minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you will have to reschedule and will be responsible for paying for ½ of that appointment.
*24 hour cancelation - if you do not call salon or stylist at least 24 hours before your appointment time you will be expected to pay for ½ of that appointment.
*No call/no show - if you do not call and do not show up to your appointment you will be expected to pay for that appointment in full.
*To reschedule - we will ask for a credit card to put on file and it will be charged if any of the above occur.

It is almost impossible for us to fill these appointments. If we don't have a client in our chair we are not making money. We are very busy and have people that would love those appointments but usually can not make it happen with short notice. Please be courteous of our time and other clients. Thank you! ❤

We are excited to announce the governor has reopened salons as of May 1st! With that being said, there are some restrictions:

*Clients only. Please leave friends and kiddos at home.
*If you have been sick or been exposed to someone who has been sick, please reschedule.
*If you have had a temperature, cough, or any other symptoms please reschedule.
*You may be required to wear a mask/face covering for your service. Be prepared because we will not provide this.
*We have the right to refuse service to anyone and will do so if we see fit.

Also, please be respectful of our time. We have been out of work for 5 weeks and have a TON of clients to get in! If you need to reschedule please do so at least 24 hours in advance or you may be responsible for paying for your appointment!
