My name Deborah Hern and I’m an award winning portrait artist and a veteran permanent makeup professional, working and teaching in the same location for ninteen years. It is not uncommon for me to move from canvas to skin in the same day! I believe that art and permanent makeup is the natural fusion of tattoo and beauty. This is a great application for those who do not always wear mascara, and like a more natural look! I often see clients with either no color in their lips or an undesirable shade. The size and shape of mouth sometimes visually disappears and the vermilion line looks almost erased.
