It’s a question I start hearing around the apothecary every September.

And it makes sense. As summer fades and autumn settles in, it’s a good time to think about the simple things we can prepare for our home apothecaries before we need them.

But there’s more to elderberry than the bottles and gummies filling store shelves this time of year.
