Celebrating 25 Years in Beauty, Luxury & Heart

I’m Liza Downing—Coeur d’Alene born and raised, and proud to be celebrating 25 incredible years in the beauty industry. For over two decades, I’ve had the honor of making people feel beautiful inside and out, and I still wake up every day grateful for the gift of doing what I love.

Married for 23 years, I’m a mom to four amazing children and Nana to three beautiful grandchildren—with one more on the way! Family is everything to me, and when I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me outdoors soaking in the natural beauty of North Idaho.

Three years ago, I opened Posh Beauty Lounge with a vision: to create a space where luxury meets the laid-back, earthy vibe of our hometown. I wanted every guest to feel like the weight of the world was lifted the moment they sat in my chair—not just to leave looking their best, but feeling renewed and seen.

I specialize in all things color, hair extensions, lash extensions, and precision haircuts. My work has been featured in Rocky Mountain Bride magazine, and I stay dedicated to continued education so I can always offer my clients the very best in both technique and care.
