My experience with coconut oil hasn’t been all good, nor all bad. Please note this information is my professional + personal opinion. You or someone you know may have had a completely different experience with coconut oil + that’s great! I find Coconut oil in food to be A-okay, but not necessarily applied topically (for humans at least).
