Dear Elations Clients,

It has been a few years since we’ve done a price increase and we wanted to inform everyone as of April 1st 2025 we will be doing so.

Although the 3 of us work together we do all work independently and have different but very comparable set prices so please speak to your stylist about what your new exact price will be prior to your next appointment.

Common questions…..

Why are we doing it?

-we haven’t raised our prices in over 2 years, unfortunately the cost of everything has gone up. Also our skill levels have gone up, we’ve learned new skills and techniques and demand and client volume has increased which is amazing!

Is there a way for existing clients to stay and new ones have the new price?

-unfortunately no, we want to treat all of our clients equally. So many of you have been with us for so long and we cherish each and every one of you and hope you’ll understand and continue to recommend new clients to help us continue to grow. (You can ask your stylist if they offer a referral program though!)

If I already have an appointment booked before 4/1 will the new price be set it?

-if you already have an appointment scheduled before the price increase, no, we will honor your previous price and then your next appointment you would pay the new pricing.

Please let us know if you have other questions! We understand times are tough for so many right now so if the new prices are not doable, we would love to work with you to see if there is another service to help you maintain your budget and stay a part of the Elations family. Communication is key and we hope you all understand!

Thank you!
