Thankful for the rain…. We just planted an orchard of all sorts of trees, pink lady apple, pears, Rainer cherries, peaches, grapes, and tons of berry bushes.

We got dozens of eggs. Fresh daily so don’t forget to come out. To ensure the freshness we date them so you know you’re getting the freshest eggs

Well we have been busy on the farm. Or atleast the girls have been. Unofficially/officially the farm stand is open. It’s hard to get a teenage boy who has a busy schedule and many projects to finish one but he’s done good.

That storm, indeed! When tree trimming is overdue, nature sometimes intervenes with its own plan, resulting in benefits for all and an unexpected treat for the sheep.

We got farm fresh ground lamb! One of the things we are enjoying is trying new recipes. This one I remember learning how to make as a kid. Dolmades!!!!. They were delicious
