Peppermint is known for its minty, cooling aroma that opens the airways and promotes greater alertness. A clinical trial assessed the effects of peppermint essential oil (20.1% menthone, 16.0% limonene, 11.6% menthol) inhalation while under white, red, and blue color lights. Approximately 0.1 g of oil was added to scented wood placed close to the subject’s nose at the beginning of the experiment and electroencephalographic (EEG) activity response recorded. Both alpha and beta brainwave activity increased after the inhalation of peppermint essential oil. Alpha waves increased in the prefrontal areas of the brain with white light and peppermint, which enhanced learning and thinking. The blue light/peppermint group had a less pronounced effect and the alpha wave activity was more controlled in the occipital area of the brain, suggesting an increase in visual function. Beta waves increased in the red light/peppermint group, which is indicative of greater alertness.

When you really think about it… and try to make it super-simple (I know, there’s a danger in over-simplifying anything, but this grid will help you make sense of a LOT of health nuisances— of all shapes and sizes) health boils down to two things…
Thing #1 = Toxins./
Thing #2 = Deficiencies.
Look at the first line on column 1…
A toxin is something that should not be present in your body. Or, it’s something that can be present, but it gets dangerous when it’s present in too high of a quantity.
And now the second line…
Toxins include things like sugar, synthetics, and even stress. Our body can handle any of these in small quantities, but too much can literally be lethal.
Read that again. Stress is on that list.
Our goal with toxins is, as line three shows us, to eliminate them and move towards purity.
